I tried to aim for a younger character to challenge myself a little more. Also, this'll be used as an example for my waist up commissions with a simple background.
My super star! 

-Personality: a little childish but more mature compared to others his age
-Is a little magical ^^
-Looks up to Hibernis for some reason
-Always has (1) tassel something or another on his hair mimicking Hibernis (other OC)
-Loves sweets and candy (his favorite is konpeito/star candy)
